Delete your Spleasy account

Account deletion removes or anonymizes direct account data while preserving minimized shared ledger history for other participants.

In-app path

Delete in Spleasy

  1. Open Spleasy and sign in.
  2. Open Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account.
  3. Review any group responsibility that must be transferred.
  4. Confirm deletion using the verification shown in the app.

If you cannot access the app

Email privacy@spleasy.app from the address associated with the account. We will verify the request without asking for your password or authentication code.

What is deleted or anonymized

Your authentication account, profile details, notification tokens, and direct account identifiers are deleted or anonymized. Shared financial records, membership events, disputes, and settlement history may remain with an anonymized participant label so other group members retain an accurate, auditable ledger.

Before deletion can finish

If you own a group or are its last active admin, assign another admin or archive/resolve the group as instructed in the app. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it separately in the applicable store.
