Subscriptions and restore
Open Profile -> Spleasy Pro -> Restore Purchases. Apple and Google manage billing and cancellation. Deleting the app or account does not itself cancel a store subscription; cancel through the store's subscription settings.

Contact
Email support@spleasy.app. Include your app version and a short description. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card details, or another person's sensitive information.
Open Profile -> Spleasy Pro -> Restore Purchases. Apple and Google manage billing and cancellation. Deleting the app or account does not itself cancel a store subscription; cancel through the store's subscription settings.
Open the record and use Request Change. A dispute stays visible and does not silently erase the original record. Only a confirmed external settlement changes balances; Spleasy does not transfer money.
A manually entered email or phone can represent a private pending person before signup. It does not prove that person owns the contact detail, and Spleasy does not automatically merge that history into a registered account. Claiming history requires a separate verified step.
Receipt images are optional Pro attachments for one expense at a time when the release gate is enabled. They are stored privately for authorized expense participants, do not create OCR, and are not public links.
Each expense has one currency. Balances and settlements stay separated by currency; Spleasy does not convert FX or combine currencies into a single total.
Use Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account, or see the account deletion instructions. If you are the owner or last active admin of a group, transfer responsibility first.
Spleasy records shared expenses but does not transfer money or collect debts. For unauthorized store charges, contact Apple or Google and tell Spleasy support so access can be reconciled.
